Frustrating game here. firstly n3 is a retard and rescheduled it to an hour later without telling the rest of the clan. So their was like 9 of us waiting an hour to play and mega hassle to work out who to sit because they all think they're good but most of them are shit.
So round one marines ini aliens tainted. Basic strat, took down the two nodes for tainted, took down the second hive pretty quickly, had lots of res. Fucked arround for far too long trying to take down the origanal hive. It died. Win for ini.
Round two. HPAG and Ftrunkz were like I AM TO GOOD TO SIT I HAVE TO CHAMBER AND I HAVE TO HIVE. Neither would f4 because they're fucking retards so winfield was sadly forced to sit even though he is the superior player. I don't really know what the strat was but we ended up with a lerk 2 fades and an onos. Victory round 2 for ini.(i carried)
Well played by me sab and maybe phirt.
Hpag ftrunkz and n3 kicked from clan. Feel free to recruit them although they are retarded.

iNi vs Aus:
iNi: N3, Shieva, Ftrunkz, Viprex, Hostile & Miffu
AUS: Samah, Haxman, Winfield, Ps_Mouse, FB & Scythe
iNi entered as the higher ranked team but a good match was expected and that’s exactly what was shown. Round one started with iNi as marines and Aus aliens with Waste as the starting hive. To cut a long story short, iNi won, but Aus put up a good fight. I (miffu) carried the match but I have to thank my team mates for capping some res. I didn’t bother to look at what Aus did but I’m sure a similar thing occurred with res nodes being dropped and chambers also. They also tried to drop a second hive but we killed that. We also got a lot of res. This was good. N3‘s comm’ing still leaves a little to be desired and we didn’t manage to get an advanced armoury during the match which was frustrating as I would have liked to have Gl’d some things. Aus tried to drop fusion hive twice more. The second time I killed the gorge with my l33t use of my sound ability. The third time we got a phase gate in the hive and killed it with some resistance from the Aus team, similar to our first taking down of there second hive. After this it was all over with our professional finishing abilities. I’d also like to thank Ftrunkz our newest recruit for team killing me and Viprex, it wasn’t very nice. You get the award for newest member with most TK’s. K.
Second round Aus played marines and iNi played aliens with Sat comm. As starting hive, res nodes were capped. N3 and I faded but both died without doing much because we prefer skulks but just wanted to put on a little show before returning to our preferred life form. We got our second hive up and then it was all down hill from there for Aus.
Ini achieve victory 2-0. Good fight.

AusNS.MT(W) Writeup – AIRinc vs iNi
With several clans already knocked out of the tournament, teams are beginning to feel the pinch of elimination. With both AIRinc and iNi looking to parry the fingers of eradication towards their foe, a great match was sure to be imminent.
Round 1
iNi kicking off proceedings on Marines, had plans to take the fight to AIRinc quickly. Unfortunately for iNi, AIRinc in true oriental style were able to zerg the lone marine Brok3n setting up their base. With Marines scattered about the map, and their spawn under early attack, iNi were incapacitated in such a way they could not recover, AIRinc wiping up in just over 3 minutes.
Round 2
After the demoralising loss, iNi were desperate to hit back and keep their heads above water. Maintaining their composer they steadily went about the motions of the early game. Capturing resources and placing needed pressure on the Marine advance. AIRinc displaying early map domination looked to have the match within their grasp as they prepared to phase to Power Silo and take it down. What a long skirmish resulting in the annihilation on N3’s Fade. The weight of the match fell on Baka’s performance with the level 4 lifeform. What was displayed was nothing short of Dance Dance Fadolution. Baka heading the dispatching of the attack, and forcing AIRinc onto the back foot while scoring a double perfect combo worth 20 000 points.
With power rapidly shifting and a 3rd hive on the way, AIRinc shifted their attention to Cargo. With swift vengeance Cargo was felled before iNi could react with force. The match now very much up in the air. What came about next baffled both me and my co ref MiniRum. AIRinc.Moronium ordered some sort of codeword for AIRinc’s next stratergy. What was referred to as the “moth”, of which began “in the air” quickly moved to “the keyboard”. The details of this strategy were never fully deciphered. But as the match progressed more information was revealed. AIRinc made a second attempt on attacking Power Silo, or codeword “OMG the moth just flew into my neck”. But with 2 hive Fades blocking their assault, there was little headway made by AIRinc.
Not giving up, AIRinc continued to assail the enemy hives, but to no avail. The moth which was coded to be “MORON JUST SQUISH IT” was gone. AIRinc finally succumbed to iNi, forcing the 3rd round rule.
Round 3
To no surprise, AIRinc opted for Aliens, and the game was underway. iNi quick to put pressure on the tactical gold mine Generator were met with a large ambush which quickly eradicated iNi’s first push and prompted yells of “sc” in team chat.
iNi quickly changed their method, attempting to stick in a large group to handle the issue of cloaked Skulks. Met another ambush not far from their spawn, and were again sent to the spawn queue.
iNi unable to make any headway against AIRinc waiting for the inevitable sound of the second hive, and made futile attempts to defend themselves. Interestingly, the “moth” strategy appeared to return, with the “moth” “coming back” as coded by AIRinc, giving us another look into this strange coding method used by our Singaporean friends. The match coming to a close around 8 minutes, securing AIRinc’s place against the winner of match 21.

AusNS.MT(W) Writeup – AUS vs iNi
All the prematch hype for this match was surrounding the everpresent and ongoing e-thug battle between Paradox and Mouse. Nazi-extremist and one time satanist Paradox was first to fire a salvo Aus' way with a nasty remark about Mouse's reportedly overweight mother. Mouse returned the gesture with a fitting show of his buttocks. At the sight of such a beastly attack, Paradox was felled and withdrew to the sidelines. He filed an official protest however admins conferred and agreed this was only an attempt to deflect attention from his poor insults. As Paradox went to hide on HLTV it seemed that Mouse had won the battle but could he then lead Aus to take the war?
Round One
Moving quickly out to Atrium, iNi relocated between the two unoccupied hives as Aus had Hanger to begin. By this time, Baka had managed to die. Twice. HAR! Aus skulks pushed well early, racking up a number of quick kills. However with their superior map location, iNi slowly but surely took control of the res points. Aus skulks continued to rack up kills as they pushed but they lost their nodes along the way. Eventually the Aus crew managed to reach critical mass, with 3 fades and a lerk all gestating within moments of each other. Despite my predicition of an impending rush on the iNi relocation, they managed to dispel my theory and spread out all over the map taking respoints.
Crunch time, a hive was dropped in Observatory. With such close proximity from the relo, a quick phase gate and some shirtguns made short work of it. Aus in the battle to save it, lost a number of their lifeforms. Had they an MC in the building hive it may have helped tip it for them but it wasn't to be. Aus had invested much of their res on lifeforms and with no recapped res points they did not have sufficient fallback to continue the fight to iNi. With some slow teching and eventual killing of the fades, the relocation paid off and iNi took the round.
Round Two
In an amazing early game move, baka again died first. It was breathtaking. laugh.gif Aus, knowing that they had to take the fight to iNi pushed hard early capping but the iNi skulks held firm. Aus tried to take down nodes but the iNi skulks were too strong and held all of their nodes. It wasn't long before the Fades were in play and map control was soon in their grasp. Playing it safe, iNi looked to dominate the map until 3 hives were up at about the 10 minute mark before pushing on the marine spawn.
2-0 to iNi.

AusNS.MT(W) Writeup – R18 vs iNi
As the only non-slacker on the AusNS team, I have taken it upon myself to writeup this epic showdown between two masters of stuff: R18 and iNi. Both clans used to be isolationists: R18 were “the” NZ team, and iNi were “the other” Westie team. Fortunately they both realized how shitty players from their region of the planet actually were and mixed in a healthy dose of MIGHTY EASTERN AUSTRALIANS turning them in to the strategic powerhouses they are today.
Round 1
With the nigh on ONE MILLION spectators in HLTV growing tired of their furious e-peen stroking competition, both teams gathered their MIGHTY EASTERN AUSTRALIANS and entered the server. R18 aliens, iNi marines. The game was quickly underway with the commando doing things and the various lifeforms of the Kharra team responding in kind. In a stroke of pure strategic genius, R18 dropped two ocs to defend their precious double nodes. Ini cunningly responded by shooting the nodes from out of oc range. Devious.
Spectators amused themselves by laughing at kabab until something magical happened: A FADE! Supercharged with regeneration, resident resident w(oO)t entranced spectators with a stunning display in the same vein as Tinkerbell etc. Apparently Play was a lerk too, but who really cares.
R18 take the first round.
Round 2
Sensing a battle on their hand, iNi had the sense to realise now was their time to shine. Oh yeah and they dropped sensory. R18 moved hard and fast from the get-go. Kommander Kabab was on the Kase, and vicktory wask ink ksight. Phase gates were out in numbers early... kabab had a plan, it seemed. Yes. If he could somehow drop enough phase gates in as many locations on the map as possible, he would create a sort of “network” within the game. A rudimentary intarweb, if you will. With their abundance of information and pornography gleaned from this intarweb, R18 would surely be indestructable. With a demonic fury kabab threw down phases wherever there was free ground. Confounded by their commanders actions, the R18 marines became confused and began to lose ground.
With fade baka and pieces of N3 strewn around the map, iNi looked unstoppable. In a daring move (rofl) they went for MCs with their second hive. Electing to destroy kababs unbuilt phases rather than pushing for spawn, R18 had time to regroup. They discovered a phase iNi had missed and invaded the hive. Noes! Don't worry, children. Baka killed some shit in spawn and saved the day. With 3 hives up and N3 bravely attempting to blockade marine spawn with fade corpses, it was only a matter of time before iNi pushed in for the win. Like a blazing jesus-chariot from hell, baka plowed in to spawn as onos and killed stuff. GG to iNi.
Round 3
Round 3. The clincher. Having won faster thanks to kababs intarweb strategy, R18 elected to go aliens. Ini got off to a strong start, moving out fast to try and kill off as many of R18s nodes as they could. Dropping DC's relatively early, R18 took advantage of free upgrades and skulked around with carapace pwnage, slowing iNi's nipple pop/cap game down. R18 hit back, taking out iNi's nodes and capping them as their own. With res flowing in quickly w(oO)t's fade was up fast with much “ooh”ing and “aah”ing by the spectators. Ini were taking no nonsense this time though, and took w(oO)t down with a bonarriffic block. HLTV exploded:
LOLLLLLLL
ROFL!!!
hahahahahahhaha
bahahrolfl
LOL
Despite this mighty effort R18's res flow was too much for iNi. Like small man trying to lift a jumbo-jet with his ass, iNi broke their spine and became quadriplegic. R18 ended it quickly and vicktory was theirs!!@
